Hi! I love King Dubby meets the beatles. It's got a cool riff running through it. Top stuff! Clare :-)

Big Up. Thanks for checking out my stuff. As promised, all feedback is repaid! Listening to Roots Rock Reggae. Like it, it's got a definate flow. Listening to King Dubby meets the Beatless. Like the bass line here. Dub style with all the delay on there. You're good, man. No for Dubby I Goes To Hollywood. This is my favourite. I always love dub and reggae, but what really gets me is beats. I know dub has that laid back style, but you could go for a bit of editing, get that bass banging on the kick every 2 or 4 bars. You got skills, I always have time for people that can just jam. If you really up for a remix/collab ting, e-mail me and maybe we can sort it out. Later

Love 'King Dubby Meets The Beatless Online' Thanks for your tip about having multi bands - I may just do that. I am still feeling my way around SC. You really have a very accomplished track there with King Dubby Meets The Beatless Online I am very impressed. R-MEX

I found it! I see what you mean. It was reggae 12's that inspired me to start trying to make my own music. That was in the late 80s. I hope by now that R-MEX has developed into it's own sound but keeping touch with that same inspiration. Modern Ragga/rappa style doesn't hold a candle to the good old Rockers/Root/Dance Hall Stylee sound. I can smell that Dub Plate vinyl on this one! If you get the chance check out 'XTND Digital Mix' & 'Treat Me Like You Do' by R-MEX if you haven't already. I can just Imagine Coco Tea doing vocals on 'Treat Me...' One Love YZD for R-MEX

Nice to hear roots Reggae as it used to (and still should) be played! In the improbable case that you might be based in south London (UK), would you be interested in a jam sometime? I play keyboards, bass and a bit of rhythm guitar. Simon "Butterfingers" Beck

What a splendid Idea.....the use of a Melodica....Still got one of me own. Aah Reggea feel I like that ! Ever heard of Dutch "Doe Maar" Like this dub approach. Drumhits a bit top levelled though. And what a nice pic. completing the presentation of this tune. Gee it's the dame as mine...a hohner! Take Care
