Noise

Hey, this is Kelly, I do vocals in our thrash tracks and produce the Noise tracks in Zealot. Rob plays guitar, and Neil plays the drums.
Band/artist history
Me and Rob wanted to start a band. I had met him 6 months before in college. He played guitar for me and I pretty much fell in love. I introduced him to Neil, a drummer I was good friends with, and had been in a couple previous bands with, and we went on from there.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Me and Neil have both played live in other bands. Rob has not. Our first show has yet to happen. I'd say a fun experience for myself would be when I played live with my old band very stoned and took most of my clothes off on stage. Awesome.
Your musical influences
I'd say personally my influences are somewhere in the thrash or black metal area. Bands like Bathory, Vio-lence, and At the Gates stick out. Thomas Lindberg has an amazing style. Rob has many influences, too, but it boils down to Exodus, Death, and various first-generation style Melodic Death Metal Bands. Neil is a huge street punk band and he's been a nerd for Rush as far back as I can remember, so that remains a strong influence on the style of drumming he plays. He's extremely creative, I'd say.
What equipment do you use?
That's an ancient Chinese secret.
Anything else?
Go to our shows, meet us, talk with us, we are all friendly dudes. Peace!
