There's more to music than what you hear. Something is conveyed from the heart & spirit to the heart & spirit. When I play I ask Jesus what he wants to say and just play.
Sometimes I think about the key & the dominant chords but not often. because I am not entertaining or getting the glory for me but I invite God to speak through what I play.
I'm just starting out and only have two pieces recorded so far.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play every week in my church - looking forward to busking & stuff.
Played at my friends wedding on a schooner in the harbour - that was fun as it was windy!
