Have you performed in front of an audience?
As much as I can. I play in clubs and bars in Canada, especially in the Prairies and in Ontario. I'm trying to organize a European tour, and of course, I'm reaching out to the United States. I love playing live. There is nothing like it. Pure, direct communication, both on and off stage. I had a pure down-and-dirty blues bar moment last summer. I was playing a guitar solo with my eyes closed, when I finished the solo I looked up onto the dance floor and there was a naked woman dancing in front of me.
Your musical influences
T-Bone Walker, J.B. Lenoire, J.B. Hutto. Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Louis Jordan , Louis Armstrong, but I also have been influence by r'n'b anf hip hop players goinf back to Marvin Gaye. Then there's roots influence--Bob Marley, King Sunny Ade. Anything with lots of guitar or slide guitar, or harmonica and really interesting lyrics.
What equipment do you use?
Fender, Epiphone, Ibanez and danelectro guitarsm Hohner harps, peavey and Verlage amplifiers, AKG and Samson wireless guitar rigs.
