Wednesday Night Jam hails from the big city of Lindsay. This four-piece rock band blends the catchiness of bands like Sloan and the Trews with the drive of Led Zeppelin and the Hives. Their straight up rock sound is timeless, and makes for an extremely entertaining live show.
Band/artist history
The band was originally just singer/guitarist Ryan Burton and drummer Jamie Robinson. The two of them played one show together mostly consisting of covers, and then invited Jon Greer on board as bassist to begin writing original material. After playing several shows, the band decided to add a fourth member to the line-up to fill up their sound. Jon made the switch to guitar - an instrument he was more comfortable with - and Tim Zekveld joined the group on bass, forming the current line-up of Wednesday Night Jam.
