Too canny to be pigeonholed, too defiant to be brainwashed and far too venomous to get lost in the shuffle, Voodoo Machine gives more than just the basic price of admission.
Formed in Vancouver, Washington in 2001, the quartet has been on a quick course of finding their niche within the music industry. Since the release of Pins N’ Needles, the boys have won a slot as one of the top four finalists for Budweiser’s Band of the Year, toured the West Coast, (including playing the legendary Whiskey-a-go-go in Los Angeles), had their music featured in Cinema-Werx “Extreme Demolition Video, and have received sponsorship from JBJ Precision and Jagermeister.
Armed now with new dynamic vocalist/rythmn guitarist Mat Deforest and new Bassist/bk vocalist Mike "the showman" Ullrich, Voodoo Machine has created incredibly mesmorizing songs. Still combining the melodic vocals and heavy riffs , but now with a much edgier much more agressive style. With lyrics ranging from fantasy to aggression to self abuse VM opens the door to creating new sounds and melodies.
With their strong fan-base, and promising future, Voodoo Machine is on a fast track receiving national recognition.
