Versitile aka Verse

Demetrius J. Elmore is his birth name, but the people donned him Versitile AKA Verse, a name chosen for his uncanny ability to rock the mic and keep the heads banging in the industry. He gets mad respect for his music, poetry and writing skills. His unique style includes mastering the art of rock, hip-hop and R&B as well as country music.

A gifted performer as well as artist, Versitile has been known as a crowd pleaser and his willingness to perform on the spot for avid audiences. He has performed at countless venues throughout the Midwest and opened for such artists as, Keyshia Cole, Floetry, Drew Sidora and countless others. Versitile also won upcoming reality T.V. show “Making The Next Hit” with Busy Bee and Lil’ Wayne as judges.

Versitile is quoted as saying, “Where I’m from, An African American is expected to fail. In life, it is a blessing if one survives the trials and tribulations of the hood. For me personally, I’m blessed because I look at life like a puzzle it’s the pieces that you put together that give you your view of life. I carry this perception as my outlook on life and this drives me to defeat the struggles placed before me. ‘Cause life ain’t never been easy; I just push past the nonsense and keep rolling.”

Jameel D. Evans AKA J.R. was born in Milwaukee, WI. J.R.’s known for his talented percussionist and a businessman with a passion for music of all kinds. He is a professional who takes the responsibility to maintain the swing without falling into the hands of commercialism. As the president of So Nyce Entertainment, he is driven to show the rest of the world the very flavorful and colorful music of hip hop in the Midwest.

J.R. has a complete understanding for the basis to succeed in the recording industry, his philosophy is; First you succeed locally, then regionally, then nationally.
