Band/artist history
The core of the bad is Rich Hankins and Rod Evans, two traving buskers. They often add on fellow travelers to the band. Rich and Rod met in a hostel in San Francisco. By coincidence they met again in The Cervantino Art Festival in Guanajuato, Mexico. They decided to hit the road together with their guitars. They played in resturants, plazas, street corners, bars and busses to fund themselves. They collaberated on songs on the way and decided to call themselves the Dharma Bums. After a book by the beat poet Jack Keouac. However, after finding out that there currentley are about fifty bands with that same name they've continually changed the name of the band. Inspired by their rolling stone lifestyles they continually come up with rocking tunes.
