I woke up today, and turned the TV on, I was in shock at the images I saw. It seems that a madman has past judgment on us all, Destruction's his quest fueled by the hatred in his heart. A feeling of helplessness ran through my body cold, I couldn't believe there's so much trouble in the world. CH: And I said why, Does it have to be this way And I asked why, do we have to bare the pain. Why Do we have to live this way, why. I read the newspaper, ten dead on a mailroom floor. He lost his kids, his wife, his job, Didn't have nothing to live for. I read further on, five kids, two teachers dead, They claimed the boy, didn't have affection or love at home. And while all this information went through my mind I couldn't help but to Pause and cry, I felt so lonely in this cold, dark world, Satan's waiting to test us all. CH: Why, do we have to play this game Why, Why, is it so hard to love again. Why!! Is it so hard to understand. And every time I look into the faces of my little ones, I thank the Lord above 'cause I know it'll be alright. So tell me can you take the pain, can you break the chain, are you strong enough to change. Can we liberate ourselves from all the evils in our world.
