A meandering three-chord jam from 2006, featuring the newly-acquired Hammond XK-1 and the then-new Toontracks Superior Drummer 2.0, my first stab at using the latter. Remixed 8/23/08 on advice from my SONAR forum friends: thanks again, all!

Omnivorous: Classic rock to elevator to folk-rock. Melodic ballads, instrumentals and hillbilly meth-head psychedelia. Sometimes political, but no attitude.
I am just a guy who enjoys making music and sharing it with others. I offer everything free of charge because music shouldn't be owned, only shared. If you like it, great. If you don't, oh well, just keep looking there's something for everyone on Soundclick!

Story behind the song
Back in my touring days I did a lot of all-night driving, often on boring, straight and empty roads. Scanning the radio dial was my only amusement. Sometimes, out there in the middle of nowhere, I'd tune in a far-away station and be rewarded with some great driving music. That's what I hope this song is.
