Story behind the song

This song is about watching other people going crazy with their lives & losing control & how hard it is to stay 'grounded' and centered in your life, especially in the music business. It started by Nina hearing a song on the radio and how it reminded her of simpler, happier times when she was a little girl compared to her life now. It grew from there.
