Story behind the song
The University of Toronto's Transportation Tomorrow Survey, (TTS), provides a rich source of data that can be analyzed to provide a clearer understanding of traffic patterns and behavior in the GTA. Matt Pinder has recently analyzed the TTS data to show the significant role that paid parking has on modal shares in Hamilton. His results are described in his article in Raise The Hammer, a web-site dedicated to providing opinions and discussion on making Hamilton a better city.
