Story behind the song
Local peace and justice organizations (KAIROS, Catholic Organization for Development and Peace and others) have organized a speaking tour of Toronto - Hamilton area by Father Christopher Hartley, a priest who lived in the Dominican Republic for 12 years and who has been a strong advocate for justice for the Haitian workers on the sugar plantations in the Dominican Republic.
