new recording. happy with this one so far. everytime i do a track a learn someting new about this software im using. i've gotta be honest, i am in musical nirvana right now, its friggin sweet.
punk rock acoustic hard rock metal experimental vocal noise trippy
Noise and experimental mush with Programming (that's what it has been for 8 years). Now bent wyre is the vehicle for all my own material. Noise, Rock, Punk, Met
So i no longer sing for A Taste Of Atrocity, that band fell to ugly politics i wont get into here. I now work with my musical soulmate, Junior?, on our project Malicious Side Effect (which can be found on soundclick, as well as myspace, www.myspace.com/malicioussideeffect ). Every band ive played with over the past twelve years Junior? has been in. So we have a chemistry that comes from having written and grown with someone over the years. I also have always written on my own, before now i didnt have a multilayer recording to program to record my songs so bent wyre was exclusivley a noise and experimental project. But now i have a recording program so i am recording the material ive written over the past 16 years. So bent wyre has been transformed, fret not though as the noise will not stop. I will continue to create noise and experimental tracks and post them on this page (since this is my first home and i will always be loyal to soundclick), not sure if i will post any of the noise and experimental stuff on the myspace page. As well as the noise i will now be posting actual more mainstream friendly music as well, i have songs ranging from rock ballads, to acoustic songs, to punk, to hard rock, to metal. The range on this page will be pretty diverse, so there should be something for almost everyone on this page. hope you enjoy

Story behind the song
Wrote this on bessy back in my Camaro days (so probably 03 ish). We actually recorded a live version of me and an acoustic while we were recording at CBC Studios in Toronto. Unfortunantly it never saw the light of day (along with the rest of the other half of what was gonna be Black Laser Of Evil), falling out with the engineer and after a year of fighting with him (via email) to get the recordings back he finally sent them to us. in a format we couldnt access, dat a or b or something like that, we never had the dough to convert. So Terrence could quite honestly still be holding on to those dats and a version of this song, man that record was gonna be great. anyway, i held onto the song of course and this is a recorded "stuidio-ed" up version. i will record and post an acoustic version eventually too. when i wrote the lyrics i just wanted to do a song, that was kind of a rebellious kinda politicallyish type thing but i had nothing new to say. so i decided to grab a dictionary and basically find all these obscure words that most people wouldnt know without looking them up. it was so long ago now that i dont even remember what some of the sh** is.
Lyrics
Another descent into grey, it doesnt matter though cuz nobody cares anyway, i followed you in a lifetime, i never ever let you leave my sight You didnt notice, and ive decided its time for this to end Chorus: Heed the signs now so inescapable. this fate dealt to you from my hand And everybody's so pharasaic when they tell me, "Murder is miscalculated" Open your mouth bleed, falacious reverencies Towards the time of us turning the knife But is it all really so in the bag? How inreverent of us, of us to think so It's all so plain to see, why they wage war on you and me Another descent into grey, it doesnt matter though cuz nobody cares anyway (Chorus)
