These songs I wrote. Some of the songs were played in more than one band. I listen to all kinds of music but punk, rock, funk (mostly old school), ska, reggae, jazz and I like electronica as well. I have trouble deciding what genre or sub-genre to place my songs. lol.
I used to play live often in several different bands but now maybe once a month. Playing live is great fun!
P-Funk, Devo, The Police, The Cars, Gary Numan, James Brown, Sly and the Family Stone, Graham Central Station, Kool and the Gang, Weather Report, Return to Forever, Miles Davis, Prince, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, The Clash, The Specials, The B-52s, On Bass: Stanlely Clarke, Marcus Miller, Bootsy Collins, Sting (when in The Police)
All the songs on here are Demos recorded at home. On my digital 8-track (if they are older than 1999) or on my PC.
I use basses, guitars, keyboards, sampling software, midi software depending on the songs. On most (especially older stuff) I played all or most of the instruments but there is also some stuff that is mostly a combination of samples with my vocals and bass guitar.
Yes. Um. I'll think of something later! I just wanna get this page going. hyahaha!
