Alternative General

Until Tomorrow introduced itself to the music industry in the fall of 1999 on the campus of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. During the spring of 2000 Until Tomorrow released its self-titled debut album in a limited edition of 1,000 copies. The self-titled project was recorded and produced by producer Ben Deane on the Bellyboy Records label. The album garnered extensive airplay on local radio and the band began touring throughout the Midwest. During that time Until Tomorrow opened for Ardent/Forefront recording artist Satellite Soul, GRR recording artist Ballydowse, and prominent independent acts Nickel & Dime and The Pool Boys. The following winter Until Tomorrow released their second album, "A Christmas LP". The album contained new arrangements of traditional carols alongside original music. Over the Christmas 2000 season Until Tomorrow went into the studio to begin recording its first studio album. "Waiting for the Sun" gave Until Tomorrow the privilege of working with producer Tim Suttle, frontman for Ardent/Forefront recording artist Satellite Soul. Until Tomorrow continued touring throughout 2000, winning Crossover Music Festival's Battle of the Bands and opening for INO Recording Artist SONICFLOOd, WORD recording artist Rachael Lampa, and Essential Recording Artist Andrew Peterson. Until Tomorrow released "Waiting for the Sun" in September 2001 and followed its release with a mid-west and rocky mountain tour. The band is putting the final touches on an upcoming album and is preparing to move its home base to Tucson, Arizona in the summer of 2006.
