Embrace the Race
Oct 24, 2011
It really has a broad range of synths and effects. The bass does remind me a little of Neworder. There are some really interesting parts. In the middle it breaks up a bit, becomes more improvisational. I really enjoy the part when it gets back to the main melody.

Song: God of Dark Matter
One of the weirdest, most intriuging tracks I've ever heard. The 'chipmunk voices' had me almost on the floor! (my weird sense of humour). Set against (is that the eagle nebula/pillars of creation)? It does paint a picture of something dark and mysterious that you can look for but perhaps never find......

Song: Hellenas
This song has a great and unique vibe. There are a lot of different sounds coming from all directions and they are blended together very well. This is a very creative piece. I enjoyed it a lot.

Song: Moose Breath
"Moose Breath" is an odd track. Strangely intriguing, but seriously disturbed. Interesting collection of sounds. I like the rhythm track too.

Hello again and thank you very much for adding and your kind comments about G-tecker, "whirrs and noodles" i love that :D
I had another listen to Politics of Destruction, I hope you don't take any offence but i feel it has a real proggy feel to it, or maybe Hawkwind in the 80's. like i said i've listened to all your tracks but i'll be back to listen to them again please let me know if you create and add any new tracks and i'll pile over here and have a listen,,, stay in touch.

Hello there mate, just listened to all your tracks, i love your attention to detail, there's some great evolving soundscapes and nice experimentation with effects to keep it varied. "you just stood there" reminded me of aphex's selected ambient works, you certainly know your stuff when it comes to experimentation and tweaking, all music should be this interesting. nice one.

Song: Behind the Curtain
Takes you away 'behind the curtain' into another world of fantasy and mystery,
Stands well apart and above and still the 'Unread Pages' signature style/sound.

Hi there!
I just listened to The Smell... it is wonderfull.... it has a nice 'Floydian'-vibe to it.
Politics of Destruction reminds me a bit of early day Porcupine Tree (If you don't know them try listening to heir debut 'On the Sundays of Life')
Anyway I just wanted to say I like those songs.
Greetings from Holland.
