In addition to their covers, the Troy T. Blues Band plays their own original songs with the same vigor, creativity and enthusiasm. The thing that strikes me most about their sound is that they are really tight. The band members work together to create a groove that is enjoyable for the listener. I like how they stay in the pocket, even on the extended numbers. Troy is an excellent rhythm player and his leads offer a nice mix of chordal work, single notes and double stops with some heavy firepower. I've been going to Troy's gigs for a few years now and he can definately rock the house. Best memory is Rockland, Maine for the North Atlantic Blues Festival!!!!! Keep playing the Blues Troy It's definately in your soul and it shows
