TRANSMIGRATION

You are at the beginning of your journey. You are going to travel neither by sea nor air, although you can reach them both. There is no itinerary, just the music. You can touch the deep blue sea and walk on the air, but music guides you. Everything is unpredictable, everything is unknown.

The Transmigration project was established in 1996 in Mosland,

upon the river Biala in Poland, where the meetings of a group of friends

creating unique music on home-made instruments took place.

The first Transmigration soundbites were recorded in Industrialownia, small studio,

where during one night the 90 minutes of the debut demo emerged.

Soon the group dissolved only to be reformed many years later in London.

The group's revivor was Angus, the only member of the original band in the new formation

in 2005. In the same year the group was joined by Kate, whose unique sampling style

brought new creative energy to the group.

Recently the group's production oscilates between the atmosphere of minimal trance

and industrial. What makes the music truly indefinable is however

the presence of heavy guitar parts played by Angus

loads of various music equipment, e.g. samplers, synths, guitars, didgeridoo, drums
