tragedy42 plays deathcore, a musical concoction of deathmetal & hardcore influences. tragedy42 has been in the underground scene for quite a while now. they are based in Cavite, Philippines, currently has a 3song demo cd which is currently infesting the scene in the southern part of the country.

Tragedy42 has been in the undergroud scene for quite some time now, Ace Robert Arnejo started this group way back in 1999, made some original material. When he was about to leave the for the states, the group went on to make more music. They played in gigs around Cavite & Manila. They played with several bands all throughout the years. They were able to convert their influences & experiences through music to come up with their own sound. They wanted a sound with a deathmetal & hardocre concoction which they were able to produce & they liked it! Some people in the gigs actually liked that sound, thus creating a small group of listeners who actually dug their stuff. The people actually dubbed it "deathcore". Just recently, they made a demo cd, which was a long time goal. with the help of really nice friends from other bands, Tragedy42 was able to come up with a 3 song cd which are Tears of Blood, Inside, & Annihilate.
