Spawned from the anarchist sound collective 'That's Not Music That's Just Noise', Sheepteeth developed at a regular Jam Night session in the Rhondda valleys. Primarily it's goal was to provide a rough blueprint to encourage different musicians to play with each other and produce interesting and dynamic music. A 'free-rock' methodology was adopted around the central idea of 'There's no such thing as a wrong note', which aimed to dispense with tiresome concepts of key and time signature in order to increase the play area and make the music more open to players of different abilities and backgrounds and also to try and encourage more females (who are sadly very lacking on the Rhondda music scene)to get up and play.

Story behind the song
Calm Before The Storm: Pre-credits, two randy drunken teenagers wander through the desert and happen across a disused mine shaft.  Ignoring the strange foul smelling green gas which emanates from it's entrance, they decide that it will be a good place to make out. Have they learned nothing from TV. The emergence of the Behemoth:- After 6000 years of deep sleep our unholy anti-hero is awakened by the inconsiderate deep oil drilling of some evil multinational. When will they learn: Venture capitalists should never drill on ancient monster grave yards .Don’t drill on those monster grave yards you naughty prospectors!!!! Flight from the Behemoth: – If you’ve got a 7000 pound monster running in your general direction you sure as shit better think about running the other way. Dummy! Wrath of the Behemoth: – The Creature unleashes hell in a way only intergalactic undead space aliens know how. Thus bear witness to the total destruction of everything man has created. The true ‘end of history’. Sit back and listen to Francis Fukayama scream like a little baby. The end is nigh for our heroes…due in no small part due to the behemoth:- You’re the last survivors of the monster apocalypse where’s the safest place for your merry troupe to seek refuge – the desert… WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! So you'd better run. Run Goddamn it!!! Run as fast as you can!!! Are you still reading? What are you - stupid? I said RUUUUNNNNN!!!!!!!
