Many describe Ruth's music reminiscent of Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez or Jewel yet still very much unique. Ruth's music is driven by haunting, powerful vocals infused with emotion combined with solid acoustic guitar work. Ruth began performing as a youth in local theatre productions in high school. While attending college she participated in guitar courses where she gained a love and respect for the guitar. Soon after, she began writing original music and performing at a local open mic night. Through much encouragement and local support her music began to blossom. She now has relocated to Las Vegas to persue a career in music working hard on her debut release a album of self produced original music. With enthusiasm and high hopes she continues on. . .
