This is a song similar to 2am, but with the guitars slightly more heavy and the tempo much slower.

2am 2am
This is a song we created a 2am in the morning. Its a mixture of hard guitar riffing and melodic guitar and piano.
Alex and Rudy met each other as roommates at BU. One night at 2am they combined their styles and created a song which became the first song of Total Departure.
Band/artist history
From Newport Beach, California, Alex brings layerd guitars and smooth riffs to the mix. From South Africa and Europe, Rudiger drives the tracks with layered rhythmic drums and creates the other instrumental parts.
Alex was born in Brooklyn, New York then moved to Newport Beach California, which is where he now calls home. He is now attending Boston University.
Rudy was born in Pretoria, South African, and lived in Johanesburg and Port Elizabeth until he moved to Austin Texas at the age of 13. He lived in Austin for 8 months and then moved to Budapest, Hungary. After living in Budapest for 4 years, he is now attending Boston University.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
No. It would be impossible at the moment, but maybe we will in the future. (With more members)
Your musical influences
Lost Prophets, Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Saosin, Funeral for a Friend, Finger11, In Flames, Perfect Circle, Staind, Stabbing Westward and mostly Mike Lombardi.
What equipment do you use?
Rudy: Compaq laptop running FLStudio with vsti's like Realguitar, Hypersonic and Albino, and vst effects from waves, voxengo, guitar rig and har-bal. I also use Wavelab.
Alex: Guitars (Ibanez SZ750 with EMGs, a custom Gibson Les Paul, EVH Wolfgang, and Bariton Strat), laptop (with sonar), Boss Phase shifter, Dunlop Crybaby Wah, Portable studio with onboard DSP effects.
