TMGSR. was born Tyree M. Garrett born and raised in Seattle, WA. Also known as just TMG says he started recording on his boom box, and would put cassette tapes in with paper filling the two open spaces on the tape at age 8. "That's how would do back in the day." Says he also performs poetry and was apart of spoken word and poetry club in high school. "Its like that moment where I started giving my music to the public and you get that guy, who would bobb head and feel it, but wont say it inspires because he resents that your doin something he wants to do." Is what he said about jealousy. " If he woulda he coulda, but he didnt".
Band/artist history
I started when I was 17 in a group. We didnt even have a name, we just did our thing one was a sang and rapped one dj another rap. Became apart of a group later known as " Da Third" myself, KPAX, Omega, and Jim Brown. We recorded a album and a mixtape but never released them due manager issues. I believe that was 2002-2004. I began recording as a solo artists in 2004 put some demos together did some shows and here we are today. Raw Talent mixtape is done and 2 is coming soon so.
