ThugPoet residenting in East Side Oakland California, is a man on a mission in life. I'm determined to speak the truth to everyone thur my music. Pain and laughter , life and death , good and bad times. Tell you alil more about me, I was born on Nov. 2nd 1983, in Oakland Cali, the same year crack cocaine was invented. At an early age my mother and teachers seen talent in me, at the age of 5 I was already writing my own poems, one in particalar, was about food where I named all sorts of foods. At the tender age of 9 I started writing my first rap's, the transition from writing poems to songs was easy, so I been writing rhymes ever since. Now that I'm grown I plan on taking this music thing to a professional level.
