Alternative Hip Hop

Basically, I make beats. I play several different instruments, and used to be a computer programmer, and then one day I decided that I didn't want to do that anymore. So here I am. I do a bunch of different styles of music from Hip-hop to art music. I am currently working on my bachelors in Music Composition with an emphasis in Electroacoustics.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I am currently developing a instrument that allows me to write music on the fly live with Reaktor and other programs such as Max/MSP. I used to be heavy in the DJ circuit but took a step back to start developing my own music.
Your musical influences
A lot of things. Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Stones Throw, Spor, Living Legends, Frankie Carle, Aretha Franklin.... heh... I could go on and on.
What equipment do you use?
Abelton Live, Pro tools, Axiom 49, Access Virus, Korg Triton, M-Audio Firewire Solo, M-Audio Triggerfinger, and an old as record player!
