When My Angels Came When My Angels Came
If Peter Gabriel were to morph with Porcupine Tree, collide with The Who, break bread with Pink Floyd, and endure a severe beating about the neck and face by Radiohead, the resulting music might sound something like our first album, , which is available for purchase through our website: www.thespinningplates.com
You can also purchase directly through www.cdbaby.com or through www.towerrecords.comYour musical influences
Our influences are pretty diverse, and include performers like Yes, Radiohead, the Police, and the Flaming Lips. Although we're mainly interested in appealing to the contemporary ear, our music betrays a definite soft spot for art rockers like Marillion, Porcupine Tree, and Gabriel-era Genesis.Anything else?
If I were you, I'd bypass all this boring text and go STRAIGHT TO THE MUSIC. If you like what you hear, then visit our website -- www.thespinningplates.com -- to hear more clips, and to purchase our CD!

Review for "When Angels Came" by a 15 year old Indonesian...
Nice beaty intro, well performed vocals, slightly confusing at first listen, the instrumental detailing is exquisit but sadly forgettable after a couple of minutes but you guys make it up with that infectious intro riff that you repeat. The stuctures kinda confusing for you run-of-the mill listener, not stuff you can hear on the radio.
Cant hear the Radiohead but it has Yes and Peter Gabriel's Genesis written all over with invinsible ink. Kinda dragges on after the 4 minute mark. Nice bass outro, its kinda like the outro to "Finest Worksong" by R.E.M but more complicated but the fade out's just there for being there...
In one sentace your band is...
It's proggressive rock with a pop sensibilty...nice work!
