Band/artist history
Mmm, it's not all that interesting really. Check out the website if you really wanna know.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yeah, of course. We began playing live in October 2005 with two gigs across Estonia, and are now gigging back home in Finland. Resofest in Tartu was definately a highlight. We're interested in playing anywhere and everywhere; Alaska Kalanen has performed solo from Latvia to Australia. We love to travel - we'd be honored to play anywhere that will take us!
Your musical influences
RL Burnside, Jimi Hendrix, the Meters, Pete Rock + CL Smooth, DJ Shadow, De La Soul, Aphilas, NuSpirit Helsinki, Roberts Street Fighters, DJ Gabro, Bullfrog Brown...
What equipment do you use?
Alaska: National Tricone Polychrome resonator guitar, Martin .13 acoustic strings, Hedgerow German organic white wine bottle for homemade slide, sure mics, Schatten TC passive pickup, shoe (for stomping on floor)

Nice! And if you ever pass Stochkolm, be sure to visit the Acoustic Cafe with your reso. Now, upload some breakbeat bottleneck-stuff, will you? Used to explore that stuff in the late 80's. Would be cool to hear someoneelse explore this area. Breakbeats are a great foundation for bottleneckblues. Keep that music coming!
Damn sounds great man, keep up the great music and keep the Blues alive!!!
Wow,great bluesy stuff here.Andres "Bullfrog" Brown told me 'bout your Blues-activities and pointed to your page.I'm glad he did.
