Band/artist history
Three of the 'Flaps had a band called Yuckmouth playing around Austin for most of the Nineties. We enlisted the services of John Cocke on the bass guitar and suddenly we were the MudFlaps.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
The MudFlaps like to play an occasional show around Austin - usually a happy hour. Room 710 is our favorite!
Your musical influences
All four members of the MudFlaps have different musical tastes which brings a nice diversity to the band. From Steve Earl to Ween; Hank Williams to Lynyrd Synyrd; Rush to Frank Zappa - all are distilled into the bottle of MudFlaps downhome remedy.
