Mike and Rob have known of each other for about 20 years but never played in the same bands.
In 2006 Rob asked Mike if he'd like to try doing a few duo gigs. Mike was busy playing solo acoustic shows and working with his band Electric Mule. Still Mike had a few open dates in his calendar and decided why not give it a try.
From the very first gig it was obvious there was a chemistry there. From the feedback from the crowds and the club owners, Mike and Rob knew they had a hit act on their hands.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes, it's live music. Rob singing his tail off, playing congas. Mike singing his tail off and jamming on that ole Martin acoustic guitar.
