I started recording on a little MP3 player called an iAudio X5. I used the line out port into my computers MIC port into adobe audition. I've gotten some better... REAL recording equipment over time but I still think some of the better recordings I've made were done that way.Have you performed in front of an audience?I don't play in front of other people for the most part. I did it recently however and it went extraordinarily well so I'm going to start on a regular basis.
Your musical influences
BIG STAR. Melodious and ringing. Not to flatter myself but I'd say my three biggest influences are Pete Townshend, Roger McGuinn, and Alex Chilton. Sometimes powerful, sometimes jangly rhythm oriented guitar work. Vocal harmonies.What equipment do you use?
