Hey! This is THE FREAK CITY ROCKERS. We are a trio of musicians that play quirky pop/deathmetal/electro/grindcore/punk. The band includes Chiyo, Sotoshi, and Patrick. We started in 2007, and our influences include Bubblegum Octopus, 1-800-Zombie, Talk To Animals, among other unique acts. Hope you enjoy our music!!!

One day, Chiyo was incredibly bored and decided to start a REAL band. No, not just ANOTHER BAND. THE band. .... and THE FREAK CITY ROCKERS were born!
And then, Patrick, Sotoshi, and Chiyo all eventually met, thank God.
First, Chiyo and Pat started talking about musical interests after a while of knowing eachother. They both seemed to be interested in the same things : Punk, electro, humor, anarchy ... ALL IN ONE!
And when you can't find many bands with that, you just gotta make one yourself!!!
Sotoshi was always interested in music. When he and Chiyo met, history was made, and VOILA!
The Freak City Rockers.
And I made it sound like the creation of Earth. Yay.
Yes, we will eventually play live. Chiyo and Sotoshi have played in front of an audience of about 100, covering the Nirvana song SOMETHING IN THE WAY. [Chiyo was Vox and Guitar; Sotoshi was Violin] This was special because it was their first performance.
