The Dream Project was the brainchild of Romanie Garcia and Julie Chow that spawned during the year 2000. With Garcia in Fiji and Chow in Singapore during that period, the two songwriters collaborated on tracks and released two albums, "Dancing Amongst The Flowers" (March 2000) and "Crying On The Side" (Jan 2001). Currently, both Garcia and Chow are pursuing solo ventures. Visit http://www.soundclick.com/romaniegarcia and http://www.soundclick.com/juliechow for their latest tracks.
