The David Eason Project
I've been in and out of bands my whole life and they always tend to end up at the same tragic crossroads and always break up so I decided to try it on my own.

Band/artist history
I've been in and out of all different kinds of bands and projects throughout the years and learned quite a bit from those experiences. After those bands constantly came and went I decided that i would undertake a project of my own. This project would sometimes coincide with a current band, but it never ended; which is more than i can say for other bands and projects prior. I started doing this stuff around 17 and became a sponge in the music scene, sucking up anything i could learn and applying it to my project. Every day i learn more, so every day i try to do something bigger, better, and more challenging for myself.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I used to play all over with previous bands and i loved every single moment of it, but unfortunately i don't get to play shows with this band because it's impossible for me to play all of the instruments in the songs at one time.
Your musical influences
There is only one influence in my life that i can attribute my musical interests and practices and that is my older brother Lee. He played when I was a kid and from the moment i asked him about it he has been the spark to any fire. He taught me about practice and the willingness to become good at anything, but much more than any of that, he taught me how to stay humble in my life. He constantly reminded me that God had given me everything that i had, and it was up to me what i did with those things. The other influence is God. He is the only reason I'm here and still alive today.
What equipment do you use?
I play a couple of different kinds of guitars: Gibson SG Studio Edition, Fender Stratocaster (All-American made), along with other guitars that are loaned or given to me for a specific project. I play a Yamaha Keyboard and use a Micro Korg Synthesizer. Most of the other equipment i use is solely for recording.

Cool stuff, nephew. Keep working - the minute you stop learning or pushing what you can do, it's over. God bless and keep up the good work.
Also I really liked the song "Don't Lose Sleep Over Me." From a Catholic perspective I would only add that it's never too late, but it's a good song. I look forward to hearing the final product.
