Hi this is the The Beeard. Many years ago an unholy union formed between the guitar and the piano, resulting in the fabled "Keytar" or the lesserknown "Guitano". After a brief period of fame in the 1980s, this sordid little instrument fell into disrepute, only to be rediscovered in 2005 by a young, fresh-faced youth known simply as Butch the Amiable. He passed on his love of this ungodly tool to his musical partner and occasional nemesis Ace the Punctual. She, too, became smitten with the device. Their resulting infatuation spread to a love of all instruments of slightly skewed proportion (including Chris the Red's harmonica, a tiny electric guitar, and an oversized keyboard ala "Big"). The music spewed forth from this conglomeration of deviants has proven damaging and occasionally fatal... you were warned.
Band/artist history
The three of us were drinking in a pub (this would later become a recurring scene) and the music errupted out of us. We knew that we would either have to go on a murderous rampage, or record it... so that's what we did... not the rampage. Not yet.

We play live when there is no other choice... and there rarely is.

this band has, i'm sure, dragged us through many emotional roller coasters (ace is dead, she's not dead, the band's breaking up, they're back together, chris is out of the band...), but i think i speak for all of us when i say, WE FORGIVE YOU! it's not about anything but the music!! all the hype surrounding the beeard, while deserved, could only show so much of what gods (or demons/devils) they really are. so in short, where's the next f***ing song?! i need the beeard like whitney houston needs crack! give me that sweet ear-humping you call tunes!!! god help me, i need the beeard!!!!

WHAT??!! who the f*** are you??!! i'll admit that i'm happy to hear that neither ace nor any of the other members have come to harm, but YOU HAD A CD RELEASE PARTY AND DIDN'T TELL ME?!! i'm so f***ing hurt! i thought we HAD something. i know some of these other assholes posting think i'm "CRAZY" or "OBSESSED" but that's just my devotion to ROCK, baby! you can't take this away from me! please, do something to make it up to me.
