Test and Control started when Josh, who had worked with various bands in Terre Haute, IN, moved to Seattle and hooked up with Jared, from Terminal Emulator, and Steve, from Catalytic Converter.Have you performed in front of an audience?We haven't yet, we are currently planning a show at Jimmy Z's in Everett, WA for sometime in September.
