In late 2006 Jonny and Lionel started writing songs together, in 2007 they found Matt and Kurt to join the force.
Syko Sapian are a new band and are gonna conquer the world with their pounding riffs, melodic vocals and syko solos, They are determined to get where they want and will not stop for anyone, stay tuned as this story will only get bigger and better....Have you performed in front of an audience?We are currently getting our songs up to performance standard and are looking at playing live in the next couple of months.
Your musical influences
The band itself has alot of different influences, the vocal style is quite varied over each track.
The songs themselves all have a similar vibe, but all sound different, its hard to describe the sound and influences when they are so varied, its best to listen.What equipment do you use?
Jonny - Shure SM58 mics through the house PA
Lionel - Marshall JCM2000 through a marshall cab w/effects and a Zakk Wylde custom guitar.
Kurt - Mesa/boogie TriAxis preamp through a Mesa 2:90 Power amp into a Mesa Rectifier cab and an Explorer shape guitar.
