Straight out the midlands! Strawberry Nightmares are an electronic explosion of confusion. An experiment that went horribly wrong some might say. Something that is not normal many might say. Oooohh lovely your Granny might say (Unrelated to the music, Grans tend to say lovely quite alot I find). Strawberry Nightmares are: Mr Smilez, Jimmy, Ralph, Gregg, Geoff, Darren and J-Man
Band/artist history
On March 31st 2008 the nation was exposed to their debut album 'Wholly Irrelevant' featuring such noise as 'Caffeine' and 'Fridge Chilled'. Radio 1 DJ Huw Stephens later played the track 'Peanut Butter and Hornets' making it the most successful track of the album. On October 12th 2009 many months later, the group released 2 albums simultaneously. Collectively known as the 'Bleep/Sleep COMBO!' their albums 'Confusion/Illusion' and 'Divine/Recline' hit the inter-web. One album upbeat and energetic the other chilled and sleep inducing. On Wednesday the 7th of October once again Huw Stephens played a Strawberry Nightmares track. This time it was 'My Owl is Broken' from the 'Confusion/Illusion' album.
