We’re a rock band whose sound is comprised of blues-based rock tinged with the new alternative flavor. We place a strong emphasis on the vocals, lyrics, songwriting, and the feel we are able to project to our audience in a live setting.
Band/artist history
Straight to Audio is a rock band from Jacksonville, Fl whose sound stays true to traditional blues-based rock, while incorporating the edgy feel of modern alternative music. The sound is a mixture of powerful vocals on top of a thunderous backbeat, mixed with a complex arrangement of guitar work that goes from light and melodic to loud and heavy in the blink of an eye. The band formed in November of 2002 and the reception from the local music scene was warm. They quickly began booking larger venues and playing with top notch local and national talent. In September 2003, the band produced their first studio demo while continuing to practice and improve their live show. Straight to Audio has now developed into a well polished act with the ability to both excite and subdue audiences.

We've played some great venues in our short time together and are currently working on spreading out of our local scene to become a more regionally known act.
