Beginnings
StepOut! Entertainment is a booking & management company relocated from sunny SoCA (San Diego) to the Rain City (Seattle). After working for labels and interning in distribution, Karri Fairfield (owner) founded StepOut! in order to work more closely with the musicians. StepOut! was created as an Artist friendly company to educate them on the ins-and-outs of the industry. »
Three Priorities
StepOut! Entertainment has three priorities:

The Industry
The Music industry is "cut throat." It's a dog-eat dog business with people looking out only for themselves. StepOut! has a goal to protect the clientele from these hounds in the best way they know how. In this industry, knowledge is rarely shared. What you DON'T know can hurt you. However, it is a priority for the staff of StepOut! to educates their clientele in the working of the business as well as the decisions that are best. Promotion comes with honesty, hard work and time. As a small company, ANY effort is a lot of effort and time. The StepOut! staff volunteer their time and energy for promotion of the bands and their associates.»
Philosophy
While StepOut! is not exclusively a Christian organization, the business philosophy and founders lifestyle is based and embraced by the statement at the top of the page. Even though the bands, friends and associates may not share the same belief, the following remains true...honesty & integrity will not be compromised. »
