Born in Sweden, he spent a part of his youth in New Zealand. At the age of eight, he began taking violin lessons. Continuously singing, he started learning to play the guitar at the age of 12 in order to accompany himself. Shortly after that, he was writing his own songs. Many years later Stef is looking back at a varied musical life, having learned to play numerous intruments simply because he couldn't keep his fingers off them. Director of the Andelfingen School of Music since 1997. Previous bands: Annicka, Britt-Marie and Stefan (Sweden), Ignited Nations (New Zealand), Stef's Irish Folkband and Irish Connection (Switzerland). Since 1998 Bandleader of the Bow Triplets. Since 1989 concerts with the duo Heidi & Stef. Various studio recordings and radio performances and concerts in countries like New Zealand, England, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and France.
