Very nice music! I especially enjoyed the "Sketch #1..." tune. I'd love to do some celtic-flavored tunes myself one day. Keep up the good work, and I'll be sure to check back to see if you've added any new tunes... - Dan

Hi there! First thank you so much for your absolutely heartwarming comment in our message board, we're so glad you like our songs. I'm here listening to 'Midnight Train My Thoughts' and it is perfectly captured, indeed thoughtful and restful with superb arrangement and instrumentation, the harp is haunting. I'm interested to see what else is in your song den, this is very unusual material and you certainly have a great ear for what hangs together well and this piece leads to a great atmosphere. Thank you, best wishes, from Maria

Hey, good to hear from you again. Interesting you ask about the pennywhistle. I have a friend that is very accomplished with Native American flutes. I maybe exploring bringing him on for some of my original Celtic compositions. I like what your doing..just keep rehearsing it..dont force it..before you know it, you will find the bridge your looking for. I have a pennywhistle..No matter how I blow it, or where I put my fingers..I get the same not all the time. Take care Andrew

Thanks for the message. Ive mainly composed music to be performed for "Stage" purposes. The addition of the violin has been a dream of mine for a longtime. To find a local violinist, that is not only a "pro", natural improv-ist, and is motivated to accompany my music has been a rare find. Your right about the volume..The guitar should be the "lead" instrument. We are still working on presenting a sound, in which, both instruments are equal "voices', and dont appear to be "upstaging" each other. By the way, I liked your piece. My new music is phrigian mode. Take care Andrew
