The band SOFAR is formed in August, 2005 in Skopje by Damir (Lead Guitar), Vladimir (Drums), Dino (Rythm Guitar) and Ivan (Keyboards). Untill today, band members are beeing added and changed.
The band first started as Necrotomy in April 2005, but only with Damir performing the lead guitar. The band first played Thrash Metal but later, with the new members, started to play a mixiture of thrash and black called Thrash-Black Metal. There was a period when the band was on it's edge to be "destroyed", because only Damir and Ivan were the only members for 3 months. New members were found and the "real deal" started in January 2006, when Vladimir, or more known as Vrabec, sat on the drummer's chair, and Dino took the place of the Rythm Guitarist, and finally, when Riste, more known as Demonizer, caught the microphone in the hands. Changes were made later. ---- replaced Ivan with the keyboard deal and Ivan started to play the bass guitar. Also, a backing female vocal was added. Sanja, Dino's sister is performing the backing female vocals.

Latest news: Because of missunderstanding in the band, Bojan(keyboards) and Ivan(bass guitar) were kicked out from the band and they were replaced with Kiril(Bass Guitar) and Daniela(Keyboard)

This band sucks... I wonder why do they exist. Some stolen intro from the internet, awful songs with even worse texts, with no sence. Get live, kids!
