I live in Brooklyn, now. I was raised in Springfield Missouri. I was born in 1980, so I was just old enough to remember hearing Rakim, old LL Cool J, Beastie Boys, De La Soul, Big Daddy Kane, EPMD, and many others as a child. It blew my mind, and I was hooked. I listen to and enjoy all music.
The summer of 2006 I moved to Brooklyn to take the music to the next level. Before leaving I broke ground on my second album, recording several tracks at CP Studio. After six months od living out of a suitcase I'm finally back in the studio to finish Wolffy Wolvershmitz and His Industry Vernacular, my new album which is due out in Spring of 2007.
I grew up loving sports and playing all of them until I was old enough that they started to interfere with partying and girls .I always wrote lyrics all throughout school. Im all about being humble. It doesnt matter who you are, theres never a reason to act better than anybody else. The music industry is crazy and everyone has to have all this hype surrounding them all the time and its annoying. You dont have to tell people you are great. People find that out.
Music is therapy, and if my rhymes ever come off as hateful or disgusting you might find that that doesnt reflect my personal life. I always try to be the easiest person in the world to work with. I give respect to everyone, but only respond to people who return that respect, dont mistake kindness for weakness.
I released the Bullets and Blues EP in February of 2006. This 8 song release displayed my versatility as an emcee. I spent the last several years doing shows at numerous Springfield clubs both as a solo artist and as half of the duo labrats along with LC Ludo Wilson.
