This stuff is excellent -- really intelligent and rocking songwriting. "Cortez & Pizarro" is one of my current favorite songs. The rock/Spanish guitar hybrid really does hold its own nicely, and you manage to give a history lesson while rocking the house. And if that wasn't enough, you manage to tell the story with a lot of wit, but without making light of it. Nice!
