My name is Sir James. I've been rapping since I was 17. I was born in Lynchburg, VA and moved to Greensboro, NC to attend college at North Carolina A&T. I am graduating in May 2010 hoping to pursue a Master's in Computational Hip Hop. I've worked on many local projects in North Carolina, now I am hoping to go beyond local and receive national attention. My music talks about what I've experienced and what I've seen in my lifetime. I am working on performing live. Whenever I do get the chance to perform live, I would start in the North Carolina and Virginia area.
Your musical influences
During high school, I was really a big DMX fan. But as I got older I started to become a big fan of Nas.

I use my laptop, my mic, and any software that deals with recording.
