I'm S.I.N The Lyrical God born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Brownsville is where I'm from straight out of the hood. I love making music and have a wide variety of the types of music that I work on. My main genre of music is hip-hop and I love making classic hip-hop tracks that true hip-hop heads would love however i also like trying different things when it comes to my music. I often branch off into other genres to make my music more diverse and I cover a number of different topics when it comes to my music. The lyrics are very unique even though the topics can seem a bit cliche. Overall I'm a lover of all types of music and I think you will be able to see that shine through when you listen to my music. Please feel free to check out all of my music and download anything that you may like.
Well I started writing rhymes when I was in elementary for 2 reasons. The main reason in the beginning was because I felt like I didn't fit in my school. I transferred from a catholic school in Manhattan to a public school in Brooklyn and I didn't really know anybody in the school. I got teased and bullied a lot in school and became somewhat of a loner. Back when I was in catholic school I always listened to all different types of music and Eminem was my favorite artist. I saw the movie 8 Mile and saw that Eminem was able to rap to get some respect in his hood so I figured I'd do the same thing. I always found myself relating to him in that way so I developed a rhyme scheme that sounded similar to his and I started rapping at the lunch table in front of everybody and people began to give me more respect. After that I kept rapping and writing full songs because I saw that I didn't just have to rap to get respect but I can also start to get my feelings out as well. I wrote full songs (of course they were terrible) but they helped me express myself with whatever I was going through at the time. Over the years I kept rapping and began forming a number of different rap groups. The names all consisted of Weapon X, Blood Thirsty Animals aka BTA, and Figures of Speech aka F.O.S. Unfortunately, there always seem to be a falling out with all of the groups. For a number of different reasons whether it be issues of loyalty or just an overall different direction in which people wanted to take the music there was a split up. I am now here as a solo artist and don't feel like my future as a music artist will consist of a group. I love working with groups and just other artist overall but as far as me and what I will be doing for my music from here on out will be all as a solo artist. Just as I started S.I.N The Lyrical God.
I've performed in various places all over the US. I love performing everywhere and anywhere and I'm willing to perform at any event paid or non-profit.
Overall I have to say Eminem. I've been listening to Em since he came out in 1999 which was when I was about 7. I think he is a lyrical genius and you can feel his music just as you can feel certain artist when they sing. He's passionate about his music because it comes from the heart which is where most of my music comes from. Eminem taught me that there is a way to get through your hardships and that way is to put your pen to paper and get your feelings out through your music.
