1.) Lease [$25] - You get limited rights to the track. The beat (as purchased) can be used in productions selling under 10,000 units. The beat cannot be re-sold or re-done in any way. Nor is it to be used by anyone except the purchaser, unless otherwise noted by me. Once the beat is purchased exclusively by someone else, you no longer have ANY right to the production. If found using the beat, legal action can be pursued. And most likely will be.
2.) Exclusive [$100] - You have unlimited rights to the track. It can be used, sold and/or re-done in any way shape or form.
