Band/artist history
Shrill is a 4 piece band from North Hollywood and Sun Valley, CA formed in the summer of 2003. In the beginning, the members of ShriLL belonged to two separate rival high school bands. Both bands were competing for the reputation of the best high school rock band at Ulysses S. Grant High School in North Hollywood, Ca. Originally, Milton and Ace belonged to the band “Broken Reflection” while Ces, Jimmy, and Victor belonged to the band “Perfect Sense”. At one point, both bands were missing members, so they decided to team up in a band named “Undecided”. “Undecided” lasted for about three months and participated a battle of the bands at Birmingham High School, in which they won third place over twelve bands. After this very solid performance, All their plans went to waist, for the fact that the drummer and singer were dismissed out of the band for musical differences. They tried others but no one matched the talent. Therefore the band made Jimmy the leadvocalist since he had talent in all aspects, and named the band “ShriLL”. About a month passed, ShriLL found 16 year old Kem, a drummer from Sun Valley with the dream. ShriLL is now a fully active band and are ready to surprise the nation with their self produced talent.
