Within the Garden of Twilight Within the Garden of Twilight

A piece inspired, initially, by the Moonlight Sonata, but soon the piano became a harpsichord and reeds became the meat of the piece.

Princess Princess

A dark and haunting waltz. I imagined a young, lovely princess when composing this...with a butcher's knife and blood on her face.

Classical General

Sheltered Sheltered

Piano, stand up bass, and violins. A simple piece that builds into something powerful, expanding on a basic theme throughout.

Hidden Amidst the Ashes Hidden Amidst the Ashes

Dark and powerful solo organ piece, although there is still a glimmer of light.

Misha ei (My Sweetling) Misha ei (My Sweetling)

A song I wrote for my girlfriend, Beverly. It is, of course, also dedicated to her.

Classical General

Shadow's Interlude is my solo project--mostly ambient and classical songs. My music varies quite a bit from song to song as I'm not trying to compile an album as such; I'm simply writing music as a hobby, and I enjoy sharing what I create. That's what this page is for.I hope you like it.
Band/artist history
I got into music by playing guitar. Not long after I started playing classical pieces, then playing on a classical guitar..
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I don't, as I only play guitar and none too well, really.
Your musical influences
Mostly J.S. Bach, but also Nobuo Uematsu, Kitaro, some Japaneses traditional music and some progressive metal bands (though I don't try writing much metal).
